What if I do not know what I want?

That is exactly why this session exists. You do not need to arrive with an answer—only a willingness to explore what is happening honestly.

What if I am not ready to leave my job?

You do not need to be. Not every crossroads requires an exit. We may discover that the change you need is within your role, environment, boundaries, leadership, or way of working.

Can one session really help?

One session will not redesign your entire career. It can, however, help you understand the real source of the friction, separate the different issues at play, and leave with a clearer direction and next step.

What happens if I want more support?

If you choose to continue into one of my longer coaching journeys, your full investment in this session will be credited toward it.

What is the cancellation policy?

Because proprietary preparation materials are provided shortly after booking, your purchase is non-refundable. You may reschedule once at no additional cost with at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be considered used, except in an emergency.
