I'm Dolores.
I work with purpose-driven women in social impact, helping them design and lead their next chapter with clarity, confidence, and intention. Not just the next role but the next evolution of who they are and how they want to lead.
After 23 years in humanitarian response, I found myself asking the same question you're asking now. Something no longer fits. I tried, failed, tried again, and eventually leaped. What I discovered is that the answer was always there. I just needed a process to hear it clearly, and the self-trust to act on it.

Four phases, each one building on the last and each one taking you closer to leading your career by design, not by default. Depending on your current season and what you need most now, we can navigate this framework through three distinct entry points: The Career Crossroads Intensive, The Career Blueprint, and The Career Rise Journey.

Reclaim
From that initial insight, we turn inward to raise your self-awareness and reconnect with who you are. We start by exploring the hidden blocks and inner saboteurs that may be affecting your confidence and sense of worth, and you learn the RISE™ framework to rise above them.
