Twenty-three years inside the UN and INGOs — humanitarian response, global health, leadership — before redesigning my own career.
For a long time, I felt a quiet whisper that something else was possible for me. I kept moving forward anyway. It took becoming a mother to finally listen. I tested, I failed a few times, I second-guessed myself more than once. Then I built the framework I wish someone had handed me at my own crossroads.
Today, I work with mid-career women in humanitarian, development, and social impact who are navigating their own bumps, turns, and crossroads — capable and experienced, yet wondering how to move forward when the ground beneath them keeps shifting.
